CacheFlo Financial Capability Program
Employee financial stress can lead to reduced productivity, increased absenteeism and higher benefits costs for both employers and employees. Research has shown that financial education alone has a very short shelf life when employees don’t have ways to easily apply what they learn. CacheFlo’s Financial Capability Program includes on-demand videos, interactive eLearning and simple tools and calculators that allow employees to build a personal financial profile to apply what they’ve learned to their real lives right away. This program covers important concepts to help employees better manage debt, spending and saving for short- and long-term goals. Employees will also learn about other important aspects of their personal finances, such as how various types of investments and other financial products work. Employees will finish this program armed with strategies to deal with the financial aspects of various life events, such as managing the cost of education, buying a home, losing a partner, dealing with market fluctuations, balancing financial opportunities and many more. Don’t let money hurt you or your employees—get started today!
The self-directed program includes 12 videos (30 minutes each) and 12 eLearning classes (5-15 minutes each). An employer may choose to add a 45-minute live ‘program kick-off’ webinar for an additional fee ($1,250 or $1,000 with Arcora). The program will be accessible for a one-year period from the time of purchase, with an option to renew access for subsequent years.
